I bought these to have good looking chairs that would also last well for my office staff. It's as well made and sturdy as I hoped for, very comfortable and adjustable. Everyone really likes them and I see them using the headrests and sometimes reclining. These would be PERFECT if the seat was a wipe-able material. Unfortunately there are already stains on some of the cloth seats. I would recommend hitting all the seats with scotchguard before use. I have a feeling that where these will fail is after a year or so when the cloth seats start looking dirty.The chair is comfortable but the gas spring doesn’t work chair will not lower or raise.The mesh seat is breathable and is big enough from the back side to fit me comfortably. It is really a sturdy and well-designed chair for good price. It is affordable and easy to assemble. It only took me 15 mins to unpack and assemble. I would recommend this chair to anyone that requires a chair that will provide comfort for all day sitting.This chair is a great choice for ultimate comfort at home and in the office. I would personally highly recommend this chair! I was struggling to find a good mesh office chair for me. Honestly speaking, it is pricey but if you are taller and want to mesh chair with as many adjustments as the Steelcase/Herman, this is the chair for you.Chair stinks. Leans to one side
